Key Library is now offering APC Overnight Next Day delivery, following repeated requests from customers who wanted APC added as a shipping option.
Customer feedback suggests APC can be a better option for some remote and rural areas, where Royal Mail or DPD deliveries may be less consistent. APC may also be under less pressure than larger national delivery networks in certain areas, making it a useful alternative for customers who experience regular local delivery delays.
According to APC, 94% of APC Overnight Next Day deliveries are delivered before 4pm, with 86% delivered before 12:30pm using their regular, non-timed next day service.
It is important to be clear that no courier is perfect. Delivery performance can vary across all courier networks, and there are many variables that can affect service, including location, local depot capacity, driver availability, seasonal demand, road conditions, weather, and other operational factors.
However, for customers who regularly struggle with Royal Mail or DPD deliveries locally, APC Overnight Next Day may be worth trying as an alternative.
APC Overnight Next Day delivery is £5 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.
