Same-Day Dispatch
Same-day dispatch is available for UK Mainland orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will usually be dispatched the next working day.

We deliver to selected international destinations outside the UK and Europe using DHL Air Express. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery country and order details.

Orders delivered outside the UK are shipped on a DAP basis, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. This means import duties, VAT, customs charges, courier handling fees or local taxes may be payable by the customer in the destination country.
For private customers in Europe, orders with a goods value under €150 may be processed using our IOSS. Where IOSS applies, VAT is collected at checkout and there should be no import VAT or duty to pay when the order is delivered.
For business customers in Europe, a VAT exemption field is available on the cart page. If you have a valid VAT number and EORI number, please enter these details before checkout so your order can be treated as VAT exempt where applicable. Any import VAT, duties, customs charges, courier handling fees or local taxes due in your country will be your responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, unpaid customs charges, incorrect tax details or local import processes.
